It is standard practice in genealogy to start with the current family and move backwards in time - to work from the known to the unknown - and that is what we will do.

We do not want to waste your money (and our time) looking for things that you already know, so it is important that you give us as much information as possible. If you already have reliable information about your parents or grandparents it would be sensible to name one of them, rather than yourself, as the starting point for our research.
